An invoice is issued after you make payment for your order at checkout, whereas a receipt is issued in the event where we have to refund you, for situations where:
- Consolidated weight is lower than the quoted weight charged
- The item that you wish to purchase which you have paid for is out of stock, or where we are unable to purchase it for unforeseen circumstances
If there are no refunds in the order, please refer to the invoice for the total charges for your order. You can download your receipt on the Live Orders page.
