How the process works:
After submitting their request for a quote for concierge products, customers will receive an email in 1 working day to view their personalized free quote with estimated domestic and international shipping costs.
Customers can choose to accept or reject the quoted price. If they choose to accept the quote, their order will be finalized and processed.
Orders with a mix of concierge and non-concierge products are required to be processed through the quote system
