Shipping insurance is a service guarantee, to assure customers that packages will be protected from any loss or damage during transportation (excluding certain exclusions). While all packages are handled with great care, the loss and damaging of products may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case of any loss or damaged packages due to valid reasons, AORA will either:  

  1. Provide you a full refund on the product cost (excluding agent and payment gateway fees)
  2. Exchange the damaged product for a new one, if the report was made within 3 days upon receiving the product
